Tutor and Learner Interaction
Welcome to Sky Team Services English Club. By accessing our platform and participating in our tutoring programs, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and effective learning environment for all users.
Participants must be learners, students, pupils, or qualified tutors.
Users must provide accurate personal information when registering.
Minors (under 18 years old) must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
All tutoring sessions and communication must take place within the official Sky Team Services platform.
Users must not share personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts) outside the platform.
Sky Team Services is not responsible for any interactions, disputes, or misconduct occurring outside the platform.
Tutors are selected based on professional qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
Learners and tutors must treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times.
Any tutor found sharing personal contact information or behaving unprofessionally will be removed from the club immediately.
Learners and tutors must report any inappropriate behavior to the Sky Team Services support team immediately.
Learners can coordinate with the office to schedule sessions at convenient days and times.
Each session has a maximum duration of one hour, unless otherwise agreed.
Tutors and learners must attend sessions punctually and notify the other party or office in case of unavoidable delays or cancellations.
Session fees, packages, or subscriptions must be paid in full before the session starts, unless a separate arrangement has been approved.
Refunds are at the discretion of Sky Team Services and will depend on session attendance, cancellations, and notice periods.
Non-payment may result in suspension of access to the platform.
Users must behave professionally, respectfully, and ethically.
Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Sky Team Services reserves the right to suspend or expel any user violating these rules.
Personal information is collected to facilitate communication and learning.
Sky Team Services respects your privacy and will not share your data with third parties without consent.
Users must ensure the accuracy of their contact information for session coordination.
Sky Team Services English Club is not responsible for personal disputes, behavior, or misconduct between learners and tutors outside the platform.
Users participate at their own risk for any activities beyond the official platform channels.
Sky Team Services reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
